Hilton Hawaiian Village

Accommodation must be made at the conference hotel (HILTON HAWAIIAN VILLAGE WAIKIKI BEACH RESORT) using the conference registration and hotel link here. However please note accommodation at the conference hotel is guaranteed for the first 55 registrants only. As we get close to 55 registrants, the AAG will work to secure additional room blocks. In the event they cannot be secured at the HILTON HAWAIIAN VILLAGE WAIKIKI BEACH RESORT or a nearby hotel, we will return the hotel portion of the registration fee so that you can make individual arrangements with this or other hotels. We recommend you register early therefore to have one of the 55 guaranteed rooms at the conference hotel.

Hotel fee includes:

--4 nights stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Honolulu from 4 pm June 2nd and checking out 11 am June 6th. You can store your luggage at the hotel while at the conference on June 6th, or you may choose to pay for additional nights through the link. When you have booked the hotel, please click HERE to select your room type preference (King, Queen, No Preference). Preferences will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

PLEASE NOTE TO BE GIVEN REGITSRATION FEE, YOU MUST STAY AT THE HILTON HAWAIIN AND BOOK with the hotel link below. Anyone who does not have a matching hotel booking through this AAG link will not be confirmed as registered. We must do this as an important aspect of this conference is that we are all together and also we must meet hotel minimums. Thanks for your understanding. Please book hotel at the same time as registration, that will help our conference planning and guarantee you the room at that rate. There will be an option to book a hotel later but may not be at this rate or this hotel if you are not within the first 55 registrants.

Cancellation Policy

These are the cancellation dates you need to be aware of:

Between June 1st, 2023 and December 31st, 2023 you will receive a refund of 50% of your registration fees and 100% refund on hotel fees.
Between January 1st and February 28th, you will receive 25% refund on your registration fees and 50% on hotel fees
After March 1st, 2024, there will be no refund to registration or hotel fees.

Extra Room

- Some people may choose to come with family, and would like to have an extra room for other family such as grandparents, we can offer our locked in room rates at $299 plus tax (and reduced resort fee). If you need a guaranteed connecting room also, that is possible for a charge of 70 per night. Please select this when registering.

- Please email Jennifer Collins collinsjm@usf.edu to make any additional arrangements for people staying in an extra room to participate in our other events if you would like. Based on availability, we can accommodate with a small charge to cover costs.

Optional Additional Nights and Nights for Family

- Please use this link provided by the hotel where you can separately book up to three nights before or after at the rate of $299 plus tax (and reduced resort fee) for an attendee or you can book the whole stay for an additional separate room for your family guests. We have a room block reserved at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort for May 28, 2024 through June 10, 2024. If you are a conference attendee, please note you must book the conference nights checking in June 2 and checking out June 6, 2024 through the REGISTER LINK HERE . For attendees booking extra nights, these are limited so we recommend you book asap. Also if attendees wish to stay before and after the conference, you will want to book before as one confirmation and after as another confirmation. We will provide your conference stay booking and they will do their best to match your confirmation numbers for a continuous stay. We will also be in touch with you all nearer the time to confirm who has additional nights so we can provide this information also to the hotel. By using the Hilton link, You/your guest(s) will be responsible for all charges associated with these nights.

- Please note that the optional nights do not include any other food options but there are plenty of places on and off-site you may like to explore yourself.
